Les Finley is the founder and CEO for Teambuilding-Leader.com. Learn more about: Les has been a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) since 1996. He has over 28 years of Human Resource Management experience in the hospitality and health care industries. He has been teaching over 18 years at the community college level in Northwest, Ohio, USA. Les graduated from Bowling Green State University (BGSU), Ohio,USA in 1976 with B. A. in Business Administration. He double majored in Human Resource Management and Industrial/Labor Relations. He completed his Master Degree in Education in 1990 from BGSU. He specialized in training and development, with a focus on adult learning. Les has a passion for teambuilding

My two young daughters drove the technology in our house. First, we got a used Apple computer from our friend, a BGSU Marketing professor. Our children played Pac man and some other games. Then the kids came home from school and said they wanted e-mail. What is e-mail? I called my brother –in-law with IBM, for advice. He helped me buy a brand new computer so we could get the girls started with e-mail. I started taking some classes and learning about computer. I started to over come my fear of computers. I am no longer afraid. When I took a new job in 2003, I told my new employer that my computer skills were weak. I agree to take more classes to improve my computer skills. At home we upgrade again, with a new Dell computer. I have learned new skills and now I building my own Web page.
